Sou Fujimoto Architects, Laisné-Roussel et OXO Architectes
Delivered in the spring of 2019, l'arbre blanc is a residential program in Montpellier of 113 apartments, an art gallery, a panoramic restaurant and bar.
This 17-storey folly was designed and built by the agencies Sou Fujimoto Architects, Laisné-Roussel and OXO Architectes.
Among the many technical innovations of the White Tree, the terraces with overhangs of up to 7.5 meters in length are a world first. These exceptional outdoor spaces create real living spaces which develop outside the apartments, thus allowing their occupants to live both inside and outside, a luxury for a metropolis bathed in sunshine 80% of the year!
