This is a Business District with a regional vocation, concentrating more than 200,000 m2 of offices, hotels and housing. It is separated in two by the Compans-Caffarelli garden containing a Japanese garden listed as a remarkable garden in France.
Why Compans Caffarelli?
Toponymy: The district takes its name from Generals Jean Dominique companions and Marie François Auguste de Caffarelli du Falga, whose premises of the former military barracks of the same name were located in the current district.
